Meet at 11am at Hornby police station on Friday to depart for Broken River ski field to access the track and rigging.
Stay at Mt Cheesman Ski Field lodge
Bring Sleeping bag, beer, Food for snacks
5.30am start ON Saturday to rig area for race on Plan B course TBC.
Jason and Rob to drive 4WD's to site, Fuel to be covered by fusion events (Jono).

Race day is 9th Saturday, so friday afternoon rigging and stay up cheesman as below.
My bad, was a confilct on dates with origional email.

Valley Ultra race, a trail running event ACR rope work on ridge line between Chessman and Craigieburn
 
Attachment to this is the event management plan from Fusion events.
 
Basic notes:
Need 6 to 12 ACR crew to volunteer time.
 
Please register your interest at this stage with more info and a planning night for us to come.
 
Accomadation is over night on cheesman ski field Saturday night, expanses paid.
Helicopter access for the ridge line on Saturday afternoon to set up fixed ropes along the ridge.
Also Helicopter Access on race day sunday to get in posotion.
 
Valley Ultra, a trail running event that will be held on the Craigieburn ranges on 9th and 10th November. 
 
The part of this event we would like you and your team's involvement in will be the fixing of ropes (as a guide only) and marshalling of the ridge line between Cheeseman, Broken River and Craigieburn ski fields. 
 
The organiser would like between 6 and 12 members of ACR to be stationed along that ridge line. Ski field access will be available, as will a chopper for certain parts.
