The 2014 LandSAR Conference and AGM will take place on Saturday 18th to Sunday 19th October in Hanmer Springs. Pre-conference workshops will run from Wednesday 15th to Friday 17th October. The LandSAR AGM will be held at 1pm on Friday, 17th October at the Hot Springs Hotel, 2 Fraser Close, Hanmer Springs. Details will be sent to all Groups.

The conference will bring together SAR folk from throughout NZ and around the world for a rich and rewarding conference. We would love for you to join us for a conference that will be:

Early-bird Registration Fees are:

Attendees

• $245.00 Full Package (Wed - Sun)
• $195.00 Main Conference Only (Fri - Sun)

Group Delegates

• $50.00 Full Package (Wed - Sun)
• $0 Main Conference Only (Fri - Sun) LandSAR funded

Early-bird registrations are open for three months, closing on the 16th of August. After this period registrations will be available but at a higher price.

Accommodation and meals are provided. Please advise us on the registration form if you have any specific dietary requirements.

Complimentary shuttles are being run at select times from Christchurch Airport. Those times are Wednesday 15th October 10:30 (in time for all pre conference workshops), Thursday 16th 19:30, Friday 17th 08:30 (arrives in time for general meeting and AGM). A return shuttle will depart on Sunday 19th, arriving at the airport approximately 14:45. Please indicate on your registration form which transport options you want.
