Tuesday night ACR training session.
Each fortnight the ACR team trains on certain areas that effect our perfermance on the ground so we break each session down to cover 2 hours and train on that specific task.
ie, pulley systems and mechancial advantage.
Venue to be emailed out 2 days prior.
