Alpine Cliff Rescue team invitation to the Canterbury West Coast Air Rescue Trust open day.

ACR Crew to meet at front of hangar at 7.30am on please for 10am start, approx 2 hours of rigging to setup.

Parking down side street somewhere and bring kit, helmet and harness etc, snack food and water.

• Winch Demo Lift prize draw 1pm – fill in an entry form to be the rescued person in the live Helicopter Winch demonstration at 2pm

I'm needing a min number of crew for this at say 8 but is a good day out and lots of rigging and fun. If you are new to ACR please come as this will help you understand some of the higher level capabilities that ACR can provide.

Plan:

To construct a highline English Reeve to operate between 2 tripods and allow patients to move in between.

This is an event similar to the Pegasus Open day that we ran a tripod to tripod high line and rigging to allow a Reeve to operate and take kids across and back.

A similar day is planned for the CWCART open day
